In the fall of 1944 there was a Jeep buildt in Toledo Ohio USA by Willys Overland. In Europe Hitler was already defeated.

The Jeep was sent to Europe in December the same Year. It came to service in the 20:th Armoured Regement until the War ended in may 1945.

A Year later representatives from four Swedish Insurance Companies bougt the Jeep (together with 9 of the same sort). In Sweden the Jeep was equiped to fight forrestfires and was in service as a Fire-Engine for more than 20 Years. It was sold in 1959 to a farmer who put the Jeep "for good" in a Barn 1973.
