When the war was over and Willys tried to introduce the Jeep for farm work it was essential with a speed governor. It was possible to attach one brand of governor to the carb. for the early CJ2A and later on it was possible to attach two brands.
When restoring carburetters the Carter Tool Kit is very good to have. I once found it in a scrap yard.
I always carefully glass blast the carburetter body and change (if possible) all worn out parts.
